Fish Crow Range Map
The Fish Crow is a year-round resident from New York and Massachusetts south along the Atlantic Coast to southern Florida and west to southern Texas; inland along major river systems to southern Illinois and east-central Oklahoma. The Fish Crow inhabits low coastal areas, especially wooded marine shorelines, coastal marshes and beaches, brackish bays, fertile farmlands up to 100 miles from the coast, inland wetlands and forests near rivers and lakes. It occasionally occurs in pine forests, orchards, old dry fields and abandoned farmlands overgrown with natural grasses and pines.
